It is cliché to say that I am a simple guy, because I don’t see myself that way even though I appear that way. To make a little summary of me, I love reading, Taylor Swift, and other things that are shiny.
What is this blog about?
This blog is dedicated to Young Adult (YA) and MG (Middle Grade) novels. I provide tips too base on my experience on how to make our book nerd life a little better.
Why is your blog called Fearless_Kurt?
I already said that I love Taylor Swift and Young Adult novels. Taylor Swift has a song called Fearless, and I love it so much. It is one of my all time favorites. When it comes to reading, a book that has changed my life tremendously is Ms. Veronica Roth’s Divergent. My favorite faction is Candor, but Dauntless has found a special space in my heart. Another word for dauntless is fearless, so by using the word fearless, I feel like my favorite singer and genre has a bridge to one another.
Why do you call authors Ms. & Sir?
I grew up in a Catholic school. Saying Ms and sir before our teacher’s surname is a giant sign of respect. I want to be a YA novelist, and I see published authors as people who have proven themselves to be good writers already, so my respect for them is overflowing.
